This hotel was a great find for a weekend stay. The location was conveniently close to the city centre, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm greeting upon arrival. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with modern bathrooms and large bath towels provided. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the cleanliness of the inn to the delicious breakfast available at the adjacent pub. Considering the value for money, this hotel exceeded expectations.

We stayed for 4 nights from 19 Feb and the location was perfect for exploring Birmingham centre. the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, and the staff were attentive and friendly. the double shower in the bathroom was a luxurious touch, and the overall service was efficient.
The restaurant experience was quite disappointing, with terrible service.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, just off junction 2 on the M5 and easy to get to. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, going out of their way to make guests feel relaxed. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with large bath towels provided. The breakfast served here is also a highlight, with a good selection of options to choose from.

Good location, free parking, friendly staff. the hotel was conveniently located and had free parking which was a plus. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our romantic escape all the more enjoyable. the room had a comfortable bed and nice decor.
Elevator doesn't work and air conditioning was not functioning.
